Phantom products are warranted to the original purchaser against any defects in materials and workmanship for the product’s lifetime. Phantom has sole discretion to determine the manufacturer’s defects. The Phantom Warranty policy does not cover loss or theft. Cosmetic damage or changes that leave the product still in a functional condition, damage from improper use, or intentional damages are also not covered by the warranty and will not be accepted.

The Phantom Warranty does not cover items that have been painted, modified, or in any way altered from the original condition. Items must be in new condition with packaging. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Returns

All orders purchased directly on phantomusa.com are eligible for returns up to 60 days after the item is delivered. Items that have been painted, modified, or in any way altered from the original condition are not eligible for a return. After 60 days, returns are no longer accepted.  Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your statement, and processing speed is dependent on your bank.
